Abstract:
This research provides an understating of how different learning styles can affect the inclusion of overseas student and overseas dyslexic student in China. The core of the thesis is to study, analyze, explore and explain which are the factors and concepts that can build the stumbling block among Chinese teaching method and overseas students.
Starting from the analysis of the sharp increase of international students, that China is experiencing, the paper will observe the main contrasts between Chinese and Western learning and teaching systems. Will be argued how these differences will affect the studying path of the overseas students during their cultural shock stage. A big part will also converge on dyslexia in China and how the non-recognition of dyslexia by the university institution will not promote the integration of dyslexic overseas student. This study will sustain the need for the adoption of the humanistic-affective method inside Chinese University in order to create a sound and robust environment for the integration.
