Abstract:
The aim of the study was to identify the Rugby game-related statistics that discriminated between winning and losing teams in International Rugby Board matches. A set of 22 performance indicator were used to explain the results of the last 8 years of six nation tournament. Descriptives statistics, correlations and principal component analysis were used to prove these results. this statistical analysis was then compared with the management theory
