Abstract:
We analyze the global value chain and the global market of beer in general, the phenomenon of craft brewing and its development with regards to Italy and the USA in particular.
We provide, through interviews with the associations and the processing of the existing information, new data concerning the status of the Italian craft beer market.
After the analysis we provide several case studies of Italian microbreweries, aiming, through interviews, to understand the dynamics in the market, the emerging strategies, opportunities, threats and the approaches of the firms to sustainability.
