Polifonie viventi in area triveneta : le polifonie viventi in ambito lavorativo: assetti, profili, pratiche

Abstract

La ricerca intende proporre alcune riflessioni intorno alle attuali realizzazioni polifoniche vocali che insistono in area triveneta. Alla luce del concetto di performance e sulla scorta delle riflessioni intorno ai beni culturali immateriali, l’indagine mira a censire e documentare pratiche polifoniche di gruppo attivate in contesti lavorativi o sociali. In questo senso, procedure e dinamiche performative ricevono una contestualizzazione in relazione ai dati trasmessi dalle singole formazioni. Nonostante i mutati assetti lavorativi, il canto di gruppo rilevato in area triveneta presenta ancora, pur nelle diverse articolazioni e sensibilità specifiche, motivazioni e necessità connesse alla dimensione associativa, solidale e volontaria. Le testimonianze provenienti dalla letteratura etnomusicologia in merito al canto di gruppo rilevato in contesti lavorativi perlopiù rurali ricevono, in questa prospettiva, una attualizzazione che indica affinità e divergenze, analogie e differenze in un quadro socio-economico complesso e articolato in cui, tuttavia, la performance appare quale importante elemento connesso sia alla dimensione estetica sia ludica, esito di procedure poste in essere da esigenze difformi. La realizzazione musicale, in questa prospettiva, diviene segno e testimonianza –immateriale- di identità particolari, espresse tramite il vettore performativo.

The purpose of this project is to offer some observations about the current vocal polyphonic happenings which can still be found in the Italian regions of Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino- Alto Adige (the Triveneto). In the light of the idea of performance and according to the considerations about the Intangible Cultural Heritage, the investigation aims at providing documentary evidences of group polyphonic activities which can be found in working or social backgrounds. In this sense, the dynamics of the performances obtain a contextualization in relation to the specific groups. Despite the transformation of working contexts, the singing groups detected in the Northeast of Italy still manifest needs and motivations which are related to social and volunteering purposes. The bibliography about ethnomusicology testifies that the singing groups detected in working contexts, mostly rural contexts, gain a renovation which indicates similarities and differences in a complex socio-economic picture in which, nevertheless, the performance seems to be the most important element, connected to both the aesthetic and the recreational aspect. In this perspective, the musical happening becomes an intangible sign and an evidence of specific identities, expressed by the performance.
