dc.description.abstract In today's world, the interdependent relationship between creativity, innovation, and corporate success is becoming more apparent, challenging traditional norms and leading organizations to increasingly realize the relevance of Arts and Culture in the business context. With the emergence of new global socio-cultural dynamics, companies face opportunities and threats requiring strategic foresight. In this context, the art and culture industry could play a crucial role in shaping business strategies. This study focuses on the implications of these challenges, exploring the various ways companies engage with the Arts and revealing new insights and perspectives. It conducts an analysis to investigate the correlation between the arts and culture industry and organizational business models. Employing a structured analytical framework, the study explores the impact of arts and culture on business models, organizational performance, and value. it_IT
