Abstract:
The aim of this dissertation is the definition of the phenomena of Born Global Companies, with particular attention to a firm located in Zoppola (Pordenone).
In the first chapter BGC are analyzed and all the definitions are evaluated by comparing the phenomena with the Internationalization Model.
In the second chapter all the characteristics of Born Globals are listed, from the importance of the entrepreneur to the Network.
The third chapter focuses on Born Global Start Ups and how they are integrated in the Made in Italy concept. There is an analysis of the life cycle and the Italian legislation and an explanation of the possible financial resources.
The purpose of the last chapter is to analyze Marrone+Mesubim company under all the characteristics already seen. There is an analysis of the histories of Marrone and Mesubim separated, a definition of the project, considering the role of innovation, the Network, the market and its competitors. In conclusion, the Experior project done in collaboration with the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice will be illustrated as a source to collect new ideas and see different viewpoints.
