Abstract:
The aim of this work is to underline the importance of a system of widespread responsibilities inside each departments of a company. The widespread responsibilities can help avoiding mistakes, can help saving money on correct the mistakes or on implement sophisticated system of internal audit, can also help in motivating the people inside the organization, providing budget, specific tasks and objectives to be achieved.
