The thesis aims to analyse the innovative discipline of crowdfunding in the Italian economic context.
The work starts with a focus about the history of discipline and the different typologies offered by markets.
Therefore, it continues analyzing the current regulations in the european and italian context, with a focus also on italian start-ups. The final part is about a study on the current situation and the general perception of crowdfunding in Italy. |
