Starting from an overview of Safilo Group in terms of history, internal organization, global value chain/business units and a picture of the market structure in the eyewear; the elaborate will present the launch of a more technological product in a segment in partly new (kids eyewear). The project will include the analysis of the different aspects and approach to the development of a more technical product, the marketing strategies and the results with a focus on Italian market. |
