Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is to underline the activity of the Controller in a production plant through the experience and the data collected in my six months stage as Industrial Controller Assistant in the Sedico Plant, Belluno, Italy. This paper will be built around the so called “Impostato”. It is a simple but innovative tool provided by the Controlling Department to the Heads of Raw Materials and Finishing and Assembly Departments to forecast the Department efficiency of the successive day.
