Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis, based on an actual project, is to analyze the internal and international communication of Salvagnini S.p.A. with a special focus on its Brazilian subsidiary. The research has been made through different methods: a cultural analysis of the Brazilian context, two interviews with the managers responsible for the Brazilian subsidiary and a survey given to the Brazilian employees. The work aims first at highlighting weaknesses and strengths of the internal and international communication within the organization, and second at giving actual suggestions that could improve this system.
