Abstract:
This paper deals with the subject of migration. It is made up of three chapters: in the first chapter special attention is given to the Italian emigration, the peculiarities of the regions, the different destinations and, above all, the Italian emigration to Argentina, emphasizing the Argentinean laws to encourage immigration; the second chapter analyzes the Argentinean economic-political situation from 1983 until today; finally, the third chapter concerns with the immigration of re-entry of Italians’ descendants from Argentina to Italy, particularly to the Veneto region.
