“Il fantastico nel reale”： proposta di traduzione e commento traduttologico al racconto di Dino Buzzati

Abstract

Dino Buzzati, one of the most famous Italian contemporary writers, a representative of the vanguard literature, had a high reputation in the world with a magical, mysterious, absurd, bizarre literary style. One of his book Il deserto dei tartari (The Tartar Steppe）won the Halperin-Kaminsky Prize in 1950, which is established his writing reputation. Meanwhile, he also won the the name of " The Italian Kafka", as famous as Italo Calvino and Umberto Eco in Italy. Even the translation literature has a long history in China, but the works of Italian contemporary literature has not been paid the corresponding attention by the Chinese readers. A part of Dino Buzzati’s work is translated in Chinese, but the Chinese readers still know very little about him. This thesis focuses on the translation of three short stories chosen from the book: I sette messaggeri of Dino Buzzati, published in 1942. These three novels were: I sette messaggeri, L’assalto al grande convoglio e sette piani. So the purpose of this thesis is to translate and to introduce a story collection of the Italian contemporary writer under the literary background, including a biographical note on the author and an analysis of his short stories. These short stories do not have the links of time and place, but they have a common writing style, the absurd fictional story with a thought-provoking thinking, and even challenge the rational facts so that fantasy into reality. The last part of this thesis consists of a detailed analysis to the writer's literary works with translation strategies. Through the comparison of different writing habits betwen Italian and Chinese, to analyze and consider in detail all the problems faced in the translation, the strategies adopted.

迪诺·布扎蒂是一位著名的意大利当代作家，20世纪先锋文学的代表，在意大利文坛以魔幻、玄妙、荒诞、奇异的文风独树一帜，广受好评。《鞑靼沙漠》获1950年Halperine Kaminsky奖的肯定,同时也确定了迪诺的文学地位,为他博得了“意大利的卡夫卡”之名，”,与卡尔维诺、艾柯齐名的意大利小说巨匠。 虽然中国的翻译文学历史悠久，但是中国读者读到的意大利当代文学作品却为数不多。虽然迪诺·布扎蒂的一部分主要作品已被翻译成中文并出版，但中国读者还是对其知之甚少。 本论文选择迪诺·布扎蒂1958年出版的《七个信使》中的三篇短篇小说，分别是七信使，进行翻译，大车队劫案和七层楼。目的是通过对文本的翻译，结合作家所处的文学时代背景对作者生平和创作进行简述，从写作风格和内容题材上进行分析。这些短篇小说相互之间没有时间和地点的关联，但一致表现出了他的写作风格，在看似虚构荒谬的故事里，蕴含着发人深省的深层思考，甚至挑战理性的事实，让幻想变成现实。 在论文的后半部分，结合翻译理论，对作家的文学作品进行了详细的分析。通过对中意作家的写作习惯进行对比，对翻译过程中遇到的问题提出解决的办法。
