The dissertation will research the impact of modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resource Management practices (HRM) in China. In order to comprehend such analysis, it is important to this study to understand first the history, “state-of-art”, and related policies of this recent technology. This research will provide an overall insight into the aforementioned topics both at a worldwide level and in a more specific way, related to the Red Dragon Nation. Following that, a study will be conducted on what HRM means for Chinese firms, defining the influence of AI-related intelligence on a core area of this discipline, which is the recruitment process. |
