Abstract:
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology with the ability to autonomously generate new content, ranging from images and music to text and even interactive experiences. With the advent of platforms such as Chatgpt, Dall-e or Synthesia, the topic has gained gradually more attention and popularity, it is crucial to understand the limits and capabilities of generative AI for its conscious usage. This implies exploring controversies such as intellectual property rights, authenticity, and the potential misuse of generative AI, leading to the formulation of responsible guidelines for its deployment.
This thesis embarks on a comprehensive exploration of generative AI, starting from an investigation into its vast potential, implications, and ethical considerations across various domains.
Subsequently the thesis examines the practical possible implementations of generative AI for business processes.
The investigation concludes with a detailed case study illustrating the application of generative AI in a specific business context. This case study exemplifies the benefits, challenges, and lessons learned from integrating generative AI into real-world scenarios.
