In today's business landscape, sustainability has emerged as a pivotal element of corporate strategy. This thesis delves into the symbiotic relationship between sustainability and Global Management through a focused analysis of sustainability reports. Organized into four chapters, each dedicated to a distinct aspect of this intricate intersection, the research explores the theoretical underpinnings of sustainability, the nuances of sustainability reporting, and methodologies for effective analysis. The pivotal Chapter 4 offers a deep dive into a real-world case study, examining two consecutive years of sustainability reports from Amazon Corporation, a multinational technology giant. This case study showcases the evolution of sustainability practices within a large-scale enterprise and their impact on the broader spectrum of global management. By unraveling the dynamics between sustainability and global management, this study equips business leaders, managers, and policymakers with considerable insights to promote sustainable practices in today's interconnected world.
