Abstract:
This thesis was written to evaluate the influence of skilled immigrants in developed countries such as Germany and the focus is on German Fintech. A survey is being conducted to gain a deeper understanding of the career preferences and motivations of skilled immigrants/students regarding their interest in the fintech sector and their willingness to relocate for fintech-related opportunities.
