dc.description.abstract European small and medium enterprises often face difficulties in obtaining sources through traditional financing methods, for this many alternative financing instruments are acquiring importance. Among them, Minibonds are becoming very popular and many small and medium enterprises are considering the option to use them. Whether the first two chapters are more focused on theory, the third one presents a real case of an Italian SMEs “B.M. Tecnologie Industriali” based in Padua, which in 2022 issued its first Minibonds for a total value of 3 million of Euro. it_IT
