dc.description.abstract Mergers and acquisitions are an integral part of almost every industry. They can make companies stronger by expanding their consumer base, reducing competition in the market and creating value that exceeds the capabilities of each company individually. The merger of companies is not just a merger of funds, but also obtaining new human capital, in the form of skilled specialists, without hiring them or developing them independently Despite the inherent advantages, the impact of mergers and acquisitions on employees can cause stress. Therefore, the overall goal of this study was to obtain an understanding of the relationship between organizational mergers & acquisitions and assess negative effect on employees. Diverse variables are taken into account, such as age, gender and job security were examined for a possible significant relationship to employee job satisfaction. It is planned to use a combination of both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. it_IT
