Abstract:
Major Internet services such as video streaming, social media applications, and IoT architectures are based on powerful cloud computing architectures. Cloud computing is a mature field, opening many computing paradigms. Cloud computing is now known as the standard for technology companies to access IT infrastructure such as hardware and software resources. Cloud services providers acts as a third party to enhance the availability of services and maintenance for business and research application purposes. It provides a general and flexible approach to provide data technology and efficient computerized power adoptable to user requirements, many business and available companies use cloud computing technologies to extend their IT capabilities or store, process, and implement new applications (software) on their own systems Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is an important technology that allows to extend the availability of cloud computing to mobile systems. Mobile cloud computing technology consists of cloud computing and mobile computing combined by a wireless network. This revolutionary technology enables high-quality applications to be deployed and run mobile devices regardless of operating system, storage capacity, or computing task. And this vast technology has multiple paradigms of research, and many areas are there to be matured and our contribution will be one of them in the form of optimization of quality of services.
The mobile cloud includes cloud-based data and applications and services built for mobile devices. Integrate mobile application development with cloud-based services and facilitate delivery of cloud services and apps to mobile users. Remote data centers store relevant data and run apps. We focus on the MCC, and we add on the main problems and the proposed solutions. We focus on the MCC, and we address the main problems and the proposed solutions. We also discuss the several limitations of MCC related to infrastructure, security and privacy, platform, and quality of service.
We consider and discuss the quality of service (QoS) focusing on some challenges such as throughput, latency, and jitter and other issues. QoS can be enhanced by the service provider by the time with the user requirements increase and this is the flexibility provided by the MCC. So, in this thesis we discuss some problems related to the QoS of MCC and will try to propose their solutions.
