The sector of artisan bakeries in Veneto is a reality that is in need of a new image and perspective for the future, presenting some opportunities that could be better exploited and some struggles to overcome. The purpose of this thesis is to provide a renewed managerial outlook for these activities, suggesting improvements for the sector starting from expertise and advice by stakeholders. |
