dc.description.abstract |
Main introduction and subsequent literature review about the latest development in the private equity field, followed by the differences by the different types of investments and solution provided by the ecosystem. Accordingly to the literature review carried on about the main differences inside the ecosystem there is a distinction between the methodology of investment, the purpose and the returns amongst the players. Subsequently to the main review on the players we move onto the core chapter about the debated picture on whether those funds are cutting jobs to create value, the last chapter identifies the main exit strategies in the European landscape to understand if the job cuts at the time of exit are effective or they have been balanced in the process of creating value. |
