Abstract:
The idea is to create a logical path that starts with the definition of talent and talent research/acquisition, and ends with an handbook of best practices useful for startups and SMEs to attract and retain those talents.
Of course, the hypothesis is that small enterprises can actually compete in this "treasure hunt" and there exist some drivers that may drive the choice of young professionals toward these companies. All of this will be done through the research of pre- and post-Covid trends, assuming that the situation has changed and it is currently instable, and through an analysis that will quantify the impact of different situational drivers, in the shape of a questionnaire addressed to a specific target.
This thesis will also include an analysis of the differences between talent acquisition and employer branding strategies and tactics of big corporations and SMEs.
