The paper will review the relevant literature to understand the key behavioral biases and how they can affect the financial decision-making process. The research methodology will involve a combination of qualitative and empirical techniques. To better understand and address behavioral biases, researchers have developed several behavioral evaluation models that can be used to assess the decision-making of managers. These models aim to identify and measure the various biases that can impact financial decision-making, and to provide insight into the ways in which these biases can be addressed and mitigated.
