dc.description.abstract The intention of this thesis is to illustrate the multiple lines of communication adopted by Azerbaijan in terms of public diplomacy by attempting to investigate and explain the reasons and modalities with which the national representative agents promote the image of this country. In pursuing this goal, this work tries to observe how Azerbaijan configures the practices of a “niche public diplomacy” through the employment of a creative agency that could fill the structural gaps in the country's status as a small power. it_IT
