As a direct result of corporations being more conscious of their social responsibility, the impact that these actions have on the company's financial success has also lately gained attention. In the first chapter of the thesis, the basic tenets of the concept of corporate social responsibility are dissected into its component pieces. The chapter explores the idea of corporate social responsibility in addition to the following subjects: its definition, how it has changed through time, scientists' perspectives, and the background of CSR. The first chapter concluded with going over the importance of corporate social responsibility and the outcomes it yields.
The second chapter makes several references to performance, namely financial success. The company's financial success is defined, and the measuring of its corporate social performance is explored. By giving a thorough explanation of the criteria that are used to measure financial success, the second section is concluded. The results of research looking at the relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial success are explored in more detail in the third chapter, along with the results of the studies themselves.
The authors go through the goals of the study, the methodology used for the research, and the data set that was studied in the fourth and final chapter. A summary of the panel data analysis technique used in the study is also provided. In addition to them, the models created for our research's purposes were analyzed, and the results were assessed and explained. An overall evaluation was conducted using an overview of the application's outcomes in the chapter devoted to conclusions. |
