dc.description.abstract COVID- 19 has instantly expanded throughout the world and continues growing. It affects the global economy because of the movement restrictions and geographical closing. The objective of this study is to see how COVID-19 affected companies in the world. The effect of COVID -19 on corporate performance will be investigated by this study. In my research I am going to use data and it will be based on companies publicly listed in 2013 -2019 to predict corporate performance. Moreover, I will use the DID model (Difference in Difference) to evaluate the impact of COVID - 19 on business performance. As a result, in the Covid-19 epidemic era, the accuracy of financial system and information declarations in accounting records is increasingly crucial for stock markets and investors. It has been claimed that indeed the epidemic impacted on each business worldwide, but some businesses were hit harder than most others. it_IT
