Abstract:
In recent years Supply Chain Finance offered countless new ways to firms to improve their access to credit.
This thesis is aimed at defining which are the main opportunities, but the focus will be on Invoice Trading and how it could be useful for Italian Exporting SMEs.
A case study over an Innovative Start-up managing a platform which offers services of Invoice Trading, Invoice Management and Credit Valuation will be analyzed and discussed.
The objective is to define which are the problems that this Start-up is dealing with while creating a new Invoice Trading platform, and how it is operating in the market.
Another aim is to find which are the current and prospect competitors in order to highlight the value added that this Start-up is offering with respect to them.
Finally, new possible windows of opportunities will be investigated.
