Abstract:
After the first chapter where, I analyzed the importance of culture and corporate culture nowadays in which highlighting the business areas that are influenced and how it is possible to measure the value of corporate culture and then subsequently use it as a competitive advantage of the company itself, I proceed with a wide macroeconomic analysis of Croatia in which evidence in addition to general macroeconomic data also the incentives offered by the Croatian State to opening a company, the related management and operative costs, but also the cost of the employee for an entrepreneur in Croatia.
Subsequently I will present the company's business plan that I would like to open in near future in Croatia, explaining the main activity, vision and bringing a practical case through Excel tables of costs and revenues that will have the company based on how I would manage it for, to arrive to a simulated budget prospect.
Finally, in the last chapter I explain the future projects that I want to have for this company, the expansion on new markets and reconnecting to the first chapter concept of corporate culture I would like to try to change the mentality of the middle Croatian worker.
