dc.description.abstract The current research takes into analysis the team-teaching aspect in a private middle school CLIL project. In specific, the research investigates the content and language teachers’ perception as regards their role in planning and delivering CLIL lessons. Secondly, it will report through an observation grid how the two teachers actually deliver CLIL lessons. From the research a significant cooperation between them emerges, not only in the preparation of the lessons, but also in class. What clearly comes from both contexts is the intention of privileging the content of the lesson over the English language, as at the end of the school year the final mark concerns the content subject. This line is guaranteed by the team-teaching work. The research aims to provide an example of team teaching and to help the involved teachers to take advantage of the findings in order to have an instant picture of their work, considering the strengths and weaknesses that emerge. it_IT
