Abstract:
In recent years, innovation has led to more research in the literature and more investment in business. Technological developments have made innovation one of the main items on the agenda of the business world. Organizational culture, on the other hand, continues to be an interesting and researched concept for a long time. However, when looking at the literature of recent years on organizational culture, there are many studies associated with innovation. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture, which has an important effect on creating a sustainable innovative environment, on innovation efficiency. In order for the thesis to reach its goal, the previous researches were based and content analysis was made.
