Abstract:
Nice is a multinational company based in Oderzo (TV) founded in 1993 and in only twenty-eight years of its life has achieved important results in the home automation market. The reason why I have chosen to study this firm is mainly for three different reasons: firstly, I live in Oderzo and Nice is the most known firm in the area in terms of size and reputation; secondly, I am very fascinated by capital markets dynamics and Nice is a perfect example since it was listed in the MTA-STAR segment managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A in 2006 and afterwards, the company was delisted in 2019. Thirdly, I have a huge interest for this company and a great respect for the founder and chairman Mr. Lauro Buoro and for employees, due to the fact I have also attended my first curricular internship lasted one month in that company for my Bachelor's degree from July to August 2017.
