dc.description.abstract The following paper is focused on the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and the movement of B Corporate certification. Combining these two notions gives rise to a new way of understanding the economy and, therefore, the market. The CSR represents the strategic corporate orientation for which ethical and eco-sustainable values are integrated into the business objectives. But to realize this strategic evolution, Corporate Social Responsibility does not seem to be enough. Therefore, the B Corp certification was introduced, promoting interest in a new sector of the economy. The certificate configures a for-profit business that, implementing sustainability in its core business, aims to impact society positively. At the same time, it tries to reduce effects on the environment. Then work is focusing on a sustainable analysis of the Labomar spa, founded in 1998, based in Treviso, which deals with research, development, and production in the nutraceutical sector. The company is developing a new sustainable business model with a strategic approach to obtain B-Corporation certification and implement strategic innovation in its business. it_IT
