dc.description.abstract |
In recent years, the world markets are subject to changes signalled by various processes such as globalization, European integration, the development of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) and global economic and sanitary crises. All these elements require companies to change their strategies and business models in order to fight against the challenges imposed by global competition. How do organisations deal with looking into the future? In detail, this dissertation focuses on the luxury and fashion industry in order to analyze which methodology they used to understand the future and what they can implement. Furthermore, through a content analysis, it has been investigated which trends will affect this sector and how they will influence the business model. |
