dc.description.abstract The literature has several synthetic methods for producing nano particles with specific morphological, optical and magnetic properties. New synthesis’ method, has recently appered in leterature, is be able to obtain nanoparticles with narrow dimensional distribution and well define morphology. In this work we will use this method to produce Gadolinium oxide nanoparticles with paramagnetic property for magnetic resonance imaging. The same method will use to product lanthanide (Ln3+ = Eu, Pr, Er and Yb) doped gadolinium oxide nanoparticles to applay in diagnostic and therapeutic fields. it_IT
