Giving and receiving information through the use of your voice is the next step of integration with technology, and it makes it possible to shape this interaction in the most humanlike way as possible. Voice Assistants and Smart Speakers, especially Amazon Alexa, are at the center of the debate in this document, In the end we will provide all the information to be able to understand better this new revolution, and we will answer the fundamental question about the business models to adopt for the exploitation of Alexa Skills, not only as tools to increase the quality of life, but as sources of gains. |
