Abstract:
Italy is a developed industrial country, the fourth largest economy in Europe and the eighth largest economy in the world. The regional economic development is uneven, industrial and commercial development in the north, agriculture in the south, and the economy is relatively backward. SMEs are well-developed. Among many companies, there are some well-known companies, such as Fiat, Giorgio Armani, Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi, etc., as well as excellent entrepreneurs Giovanni Agnelli, Giorgio Armani, etc. The Olivetti discussed in this article has a history of more than 100 years, and the second generation leader Adriano Olivetti plays a vital role in the development of the enterprise. Under his leadership, the company once became famous in Europe even all over the world. And his theory and practice on the production, management, and social responsibility of enterprises still have important reference significance for our enterprises today.
This article is mainly divided into three chapters: Chapter one introduces Italy's economy horizontally and vertically, and horizontal introduction means Italy's industrial structure, vertical introduction indicate the history of Italy's economic development from the post-war period to today. The different directions are intertwined, and a detailed knowledge network is woven together to provide background for the analysis of Olivetti and Adriano Olivetti below; secondly, the development history of the Olivetti is introduced, and it is obtained by the engineer Camillo Olivetti in the 20th century, and after his son Adriano Olivetti's drastic transformation, the enterprise was optimized and upgraded to obtain further development; finally, we learned about Adriano Olivetti's life and its main ideas from different perspectives. His position is an entrepreneur, at the same time, he actively participates in various social activities and plays multiple social roles, such as urban planners, editors, and engineers.
The second chapter is the translation part. The article is excerpted from three chapters by Luciano Gallino's Imprese Responsabile. The book is a collection of interview dialogues, edited and published. Different chapters have a comprehensive understanding of Adriano from different angles. This paper extracts the first chapter, the second chapter and the fifth chapter, respectively introducing Adriano's vision of the enterprise, how to improve the productivity of the enterprise through technological innovation and organizational transformation, as well as some of his practice and main idea of urban planning and politics.
The third chapter presents the various stages of work involved in the entire translation work, from translation analysis to the problems encountered in translation and the translation strategies adopted to solve the problems. Translation analysis mainly includes analysis of text types and target readers; and translation strategies mainly include macrostrategies and microstrategies.
