Abstract:
The focus of the thesis is describing the vertical and horizontal integration strategy of the supply chain, by analyzing the case study of the Paduan company Morellato Group, one of the European leaders in the jewelry and watches sector. After presenting the theory behind the supply chain in general and the features of the two integration strategies, the focus of the work is an analysis of the recent growth of the Group and of its unique supply chain adopted since the beginning of its business, exploring the different synergies that the company managed to achieve through the integration.
