dc.description.abstract This dissertation wants to assess what are the drivers of growth of entities that experienced a steady growth in terms of total turnover and number of employees for the period 2018-2012. Based on the literature review, we conduct a qualitative research based on seven semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurs and managers from the North-East of Italy and Suzhou (Jiangsu, China). The questions cover these areas: Human resource management, innovation, organizational culture, Learning organization and organizational flexibility. The interviews were subsequently analyzed through the Gioia methodology (Gioia et al. 2012) it_IT
