The purpose of this thesis is to present an overview of the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and gender equality. By analysing the concept of social responsibility of the corporation and the barriers mostly encountered by women in the workplace, it shows how Corporate Social Responsibility might help in organizational and social change. |
