Abstract:
This thesis makes an in-depth analysis of packaging. The text is divided into four chapters in which is highlighted and described the evolution and innovation that the packaging has undergone in the last few centuries and especially in the last decades. The four chapters concern packaging of the past, of the present and of the future respectively. However, in the last chapter is analyzed the case of a company that deals with the production and the sale of packaging: the DS Smith company. This company produces various types of cardboard packaging and is internationally recognized.
