Abstract:
Turkey has been dealing with the volatility of exchange for decades. Last 15 years Turkish Lira became more and more volatile and weak. The Turkish lira has serious effects on Turkey as well as on the EU. When we take into account the relations between Turkey and the EU, the effects are going deeper beyond any doubt. In my thesis, I will try to use different perspectives such as economic policies, economic developments, political situations to analysis Volatility of the Turkish Lira and its effects in Turkey as well as on the EU.
