Abstract:
The thesis is about the study of the legislation in different countries of the world of the so called "Free Zones". This tool has become even more important that deserves special attention by all the individuals that want to operate in international markets.
After a brief explanation of the tool, this work deals with the European experience and legislation taking into account the concept of "state aid" and then it focuses on the most important examples in the USA, in Asia and South America.
