dc.description.abstract The global economy has led to the so called “Fourth Industrial Revolution”, also known as technological evolution, describing a process of potential change in the lives of million of people around the world. The essay starts with an intro to the multiple definitions of Industry 4.0 and continues explaining their main aspects and defining the professions. The focus of the thesis is on the professional figures of this unexplored world, and the aim is to describe this new cosmos, defining the boundaries, roles and tasks. There is also a deep analysis of the relationships between the professional profiles and their job sectors to understand the frequency of job changing and job longevity in this ever-changing society. it_IT
