Abstract:
With this thesis, my aim is to assess the impact of digital manufacturig, with a focus on additive manufacturing, on the jewelry industry, through empirical analysis of case studies and a quantitative analysis based on quantitative data. It includes an overview of Industry 4.0 and of the existing models and theories in the available scientific literature regarding additive manufacturing.
