LEGAL ASSISTANCE TO FOREIGN ENTERPRISES IN CHINA

Abstract

This dissertation aims to present the legal Chinese panorama taking in consideration foreign law firm’s organisational forms and business strategy in a such important and extremely changing emerging market such as the Chinese one. Specifically, are going to be pointed out the three main organisational assets that characterise foreign law firms in China : representative studios, foreign desks inside a Chinese law firms and the fusion of local law firms with international law firms. In particular, will be examined the different services provided by this three entities and the different regulations which are applied to this three different organisations.
