Abstract:
The main aim of the study is to deliver a new strategy for Atheneum Partners, a consulting firm operating in the expert network business. As far as the methodology of the analysis is concerned, I decided to use the blue ocean strategy framework, developed by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne, to study the expert network industry, with a specific focus on Atheneum Partners.
After having demonstrated that the expert network market turned into a red ocean, with the competitors becoming more and more aggressive, the main idea is to find a new market space where Atheneum Partners could break out from the competition.
Finally, I will provide recommendations for the strategy implementation and some insights into possible future scenarios.
