dc.description.abstract The thesis is aimed at the discussion of the legal position of the TNCs in today's global society. First, in this work we will consider self-regulation which TNCs have developed in the last decades as a response to the changing global paradigm aimed by IGos. Later on, we will see how TNCs are able to sustain the policies which have been introduced by disclosing CSR informations through their reports. Then, we analize extraterritoriality in the state law, developing to control TNCs' business outside of the national borders. At last, we are going to present a case of labour law violations which gives an interesting view of the new global legal system. it_IT
