My work aims to study and make a comparison about the entrepreneurial spirit among the students of the Universities of Italy and California. In order to understand which are the factors that impact on the students’ choice to consider or not entrepreneurship as their career choice, the search methodology we have used is the survey, that we have submitted to the students in California and Italy.
The theory used to construct the survey is the Theory of planned behavior of Ajzen (1991) through which we can predict an individual’s behavior considering his/her intentions.
Furthermore, we have considered which are the constructs of the intention. The antecedents of the intention are: attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control. We have decided to add also the personality traits. |
