The thesis investigates a real-case of business processes re-organization and re-design of Management Controls Systems in a complex organizational environment. In particular, the direct observation highlights how the main critical issues, arisen after a failed Enterprise Resources Planning system implementation, could possibly bring the organization in a sometimes-irreversible crisis. |
